We believe that given equal opportunities and exposure to upper level training ALL athletes can be successful.

We believe that the active support of our communities will provide direction and resources for the athlete's success.

We believe that consistent parental involvement is imperative to the success of every child.

We believe the lessons learned on the volleyball court are transferable to life challenges off the court.

We believe that ALL athletes given respect, shown positive attitudes and behaviors will reflect the same.

We believe that if we model these behaviors to our young women, they will follow our example.
